I’m clearly in the minority but I really don’t like this. Slog around the same boring mazes, killing the same enemies, then loose once to a boss and start again. Great. Even if you don’t lose, you start again because the whole thing is just one loop that gets increasingly difficult. I just can’t be bothered, which is a shame because I’m interested in the story. I really thought this kind of ‘start again if you die at the end of a level’ thing had been put to bed in the late ‘80s; I didn’t realise it was still a thing. Tedious in the extreme. It’s basically just the Niflheim challenges but even less interesting. I do appreciate the fact they gave it away free though.
