Let's be honest - this isn't just Bloober. This is Bloober with Sony and Konami sitting on their shoulders, but I think this just helps to prove that they need more criticism in the development process, as they've already shown that they are open to actioning on anything constructive and improving their process4es.
@Uromastryx Ubisoft has literally, more than once, puts modes in their games that they have tried to sell as educational modes. They released a version that is JUST that for at least one of their games.
I was ready for a bit of finnickyness when it came to the controls but honestly? Not bad at all - it's actually quite good. Because the floors are on a grid, the freedom to place anything that goes inside your castle openly is quite nice actually and I haven't had a single issue with it.
Running my own private server for myself and a friend and being able to tailor the world to the setting that we want/need is perfect as well. Gives me the exact experience that I needed. That's not something you get every time a PC game comes to console.
The game does a lot of little stuff that I like as well - the building covering up the ground properly with nothing popping through architecture, a proper build-up of powers and things to do, etc. Really worth it!

Re: V Rising (PS5) - Addictive Vampire RPG Is a Slightly Awkward Fit on Console
Picked this up and it's absolutely amazing.
