PS Plus Discounts Announced for The Wolf Among Us Remastered PS5

Up to 50% off $24.99 game

Telltale Games has revealed a range of price discounts for The Wolf Among Us Remastered based on whether you own the original PS4 version and if you're a PS Plus subscriber.

Launching next week on 29th October 2026, the remastered PS5 version has a new story trailer (viewable above), which should set the scene nicely for the first game. Of course, The Wolf Among Us 2 then debuts in 2027 — or, rather, that is the latest release window for the oft-delayed title.

The Wolf Among Us Remastered will be $24.99 on release, but you may qualify for one of the discounts below:

Subscribe to Push Square on YouTube172k

PS Plus member who doesn't own the original PS4 version — 20% off
Not a PS Plus member but do own the original PS4 version — 30% off
PS Plus member and you own the original PS4 version — 50% off

The range of offers only qualifies for digital owners, so you're out of luck if you have a physical copy.

Telltale Games has updated the story classic with "enhanced environments, improved character fidelity, animation and audio upgrades, alongside new Noir Mode that transforms the acclaimed thriller into a classic black-and-white experience," a press release shares. "Bonus material includes five fully playable Lost Scenes, an extensive 100+ image art gallery, and more than an hour of behind-the-scenes developer interviews."

Will you be returning to The Wolf Among Us in this remastered PS5 version next week? Let us know in the comments below.

Liam grew up with a PlayStation controller in his hands and a love for Metal Gear Solid. Nowadays, he's found playing the latest and greatest PS5 games as well as supporting Derby County. That last detail is his downfall.

Prices:
PS Plus member (no original PS4 version): ~$19.99 (20% off)
Non-PS Plus member (own original PS4 version): ~$17.49 (30% off)
PS Plus member (own original PS4 version): ~$12.50 (50% off)

It is still too much.

I think the 50% off deal is quite decent and generous.

What does that mean, "physical copies can't be verified"? What about all the other games where you do get a discount with a disc? Sounds dubious to me. Either way I'm on the fence about this one still cause the improvements seem very miniscule to me.

Huh. I own the PS3 version, so I feel a bit bummed to be left out.

I'll wait a while and go for the PS4 owner buying on sale at 90%.

Could be a while but I've managed to survive without playing it for 12 years, so I can wait a bit longer.

@B-Real See, that actually makes sense. PS5 isn't meant to be compatible with PS3 software so that understandably cannot be verified for a discount. But I don't understand why a PS4 disc wouldn't work when it works for several games you can upgrade to the PS5 version

Sod all the people who bought it back on PS3 I guess. This is too expensive, especially considering this game only exists because it took them so bloody long to make a sequel.

That's worked out well. 50% off for me

50% off? Thank you very much. This will be one of the very rare games I buy day 1.

For £12.50 I’m in. Greatly enjoyed TWAU, and the Fables comics (I thought they fell off a bit at the end after the first main arc against the Adversary was concluded, but still a great read). Very happy to see Telltale back, hopefully it all works out this time.
