Wuthering Waves Gives Away Free Rewards and Resident Evil Collab Items for PS5 1

Wuthering Waves’ big second anniversary update is coming 30th April, bringing with it enough rewards to keep its core players engaged.

Among the offerings are new licensed motorcycle liveries inspired by a slew of popular properties, including Resident Evil and Pragmata from Capcom, as well as animes Kaiju No 8 and Haikyu.

You’ll be able to unlock all of these for free as part of the collaboration event, although don’t expect them to stick around beyond the end of this update cycle.

Reverbs From the End of Galaxies, also known as v3.3, will continue the main plot with three fresh story quests, taking Resonators to a new location named the Dimmr Plains. You can get a good look at the area courtesy of the trailer embedded above.

Elsewhere, two new characters will be added as part of this update: Hiyuki and Denia.

That’s all in addition to a slew of content optimisations, as outlined via the press release below:

A New Outfit Accessory System
Equip and change compatible Accessories for select Resonators
Enhanced Expedition Motorbikes
A new aerial mode ability, and a new module, aerial tactics
UI Updates
Optimized the UI for the Resonators, Team, Data Bank, Guidebook, and Backpack pages; added new ways to view and switch a Resonator's "Resonance Mode" within some of the game's interfaces; added Convene animations for some 5-Star weapons in the "Absolute Pulsation" Weapon Convene

Those in need of free pulls will get a total of 20 just for logging in, while top-up bonuses will be reset, allowing you to double up on currency for any in-game purchases you make.

A pretty major update for the game’s anniversary, then – and Zenless Zone Zero is up next. It never ends, folks!
