It seems as though part of Housemarque's marketing strategy for its upcoming shooter Saros is to drip-feed snippets of gameplay as we approach the game's release.

After last week's tiny video, the studio has returned with another, and it's whet our appetite for the PS5 exclusive once again.

The footage takes place in a very different-looking environment to the first clip, and instead of fighting one big, intimidating enemy, Arjun is this time clearing out a mob of bad guys.

It's pretty standard gameplay for anyone familiar with Saros or its predecessor, Returnal, but one notable detail is that you're able to rebound shots off walls and other surfaces, which is pretty damn cool.

Saros is a roguelite third-person shooter that builds on what was achieved with Returnal. It has more of an emphasis on permanent progression, a more overt story with multiple characters, and new systems that ensure a steady level of challenge.
