Artificial Detective is a new action adventure game just announced for PS5, and we must admit, the premise has us intrigued.
Set in a dystopian mega city controlled by rogue robots, humankind appears to have gone missing a long time ago. Naturally, it's up to titular character AD 2846 to get to the bottom of this mystery.
The game's art direction is top notch based on this initial trailer — and so it's no surprise to learn that the development team, VIVIX, is apparently made up of artists from across games and film.

Artificial Detective's described as "a cinematic adventure that blends action, companionship, and mystery in a striking Art Deco future".
Gameplay-wise, it's supposed to be a mix of sandbox action encounters, and exploration that takes you across a total of "ten unique city districts". Again, it sounds really promising.

Trailer is pretty cool, reminded me a little of Murderbot on Apple TV. Never know how the whole game will turn out from just 1 trailer but so far I'm in.
Too little gameplay to judge.
Hard to judge from1 trailer, but this has potential and was easily my favourite reveal from the Xbox partner preview. Loving the 30's inspired futuristic world, and the story sounds interesting. Be intrigued to see how this one develops
Also although it's a new team, it's full of industry veterans, plus people who worked on Love, death and robots (which I love) so the talent is definitely there
@Batesy125s - that's definitely a bonus; I've thought quite a few LD&R episodes could make decent films, why not games.
Though I fear the potential 'escort missions' with that child robot..
Getting Knack vibes from this, well for the first few seconds.
This looked cool, but the gameplay looked a little rough.
