As reported widely across social media, if you picked up the Rayman 30th Anniversary Collection, then you may be having some issues saving your game in the Atari Jaguar and MS-DOS versions of the compilation.
However, while initial reports somewhat bizarrely suggested that support for the newly released bundle had already ended, this doesn’t appear to be the case at all.
A statement from a confused customer service staffer claimed the French publisher had “ceased” post-release support for the title, but it’s almost certain said employee was getting muddled up with another version of the game.
Writing on Reddit, a Ubisoft staffer clarified this is likely a mix-up, and stressed support for the all-new compilation has not ended at all.
In this instance, Digital Eclipse is the developer of the package, and it’s been providing pretty good post-release support for its Mortal Kombat Legacy Kollection bundle, so we have no reason not to expect the same here – despite the change in publisher.
We’ll update as and when we know the issue has been fixed, but for now maybe stick with the PS1 portion of the bundle, as those Atari Jaguar and MS-DOS versions are a bit borked.
