Developer Little Bat Games has announced a console port for its acclaimed visual novel, Vampire Therapist.

Published by Ultimate Games, the game comes to PS5 and PS4 on 17th February 2026 after its debut on PC about a year and a half ago.

Here's a trailer from the PC launch to give you the gist:

You play as a reformed vampire named Sam, who was once a Wild West gunslinger, who commits his immortal existence to helping fellow vampires with their issues.

What's most interesting about Vampire Therapist is its implementation of real-world therapy concepts, based around the idea of "cognitive distortions". Your job will be to help clients identify thoughts that don't align with reality.

Though it does tackle some potentially difficult themes, the tone is kept fairly light throughout with comedic writing and vampires from various time periods to talk to.

The game is voiced by some recognisable names, too, including Matt Mercer (Critical Role and a billion other things), Fancesca Meaux (Hades, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth), and Cyrus Nemati (Hades, Pyre).

With solid reviews from critics and an Overwhelmingly Positive rating on Steam, it seems Vampire Therapist is one to keep on your radar when it comes to PS5 and PS4 soon.
