GTA 5 Gives ARC Raiders a Run for Its Money on the PS5 Download Chart 1

You know the Grand Theft Auto 6 hype is getting to people, because GTA 5 is in the top three most-downloaded PS5 games for the month of January 2026.

The PS5 port of the game is approaching four years old (GTA 5 originally launched on PS3 in 2013), so it's pretty impressive to see it going toe-to-toe with contemporary titles like ARC Raiders.

GTA 5 ends up in second and third on the North American and European charts respectively. Meanwhile, ARC Raiders just trumps it in both regions, landing in first and second place.

Other favourites make up the bulk of the remaining charts, with the likes of EA Sports FC 26, NBA 2K26, Minecraft, and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 appearing in the top 10.
