There’s very little new information about railway-based extreme sports game Denshattack! in this interview trailer, but we’re posting it because it just looks so cool.
The team, Undercoders, comes from Barcelona – and it’s clearly got a lot of love for early noughties SEGA, with Jet Set Radio and Densha de Go cited as inspirations for its latest game.
We actually played this one at Gamescom last year, and while we found the gameplay a little more complicated than we initially expected, we absolutely loved the concept and vibes.

While you’re controlling a train through Japanese scenery, you’re also forced to do tricks like in a Skate or Tony Hawk title – and you have to pay attention to signals, hazards, and much more. It’s tough but a lot of fun.
The title’s due out in the Spring, so it’s not too far away.
