The publisher's offering up two exclusive costumes for Kiryu in exchange for creating a SEGA account. Good news if you've already got one, we suppose.
Said costumes let you cosplay as Ichiban Kasuga — the ever-optimistic protagonist of Yakuza: Like a Dragon and Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth. One's his trademark suit, and the other is his Hawaii attire.
