PS5 Metro Station

The physical side of Sony's new PS5 marketing campaign is starting to materialise, as a Madrid metro station has been transformed into a spaceship on both the inside and outside.

Documented by the PlayStation Spain marketing team, the metro station at Puerta del Sol (or Sol Square) in the middle of Madrid has been decorated to fit the fresh marketing push, presumably for the "Everyday Problems in Extraordinary Vehicles" video, which features a spaceship.

You can see some images of the transformed metro stop in the tweet below:

"We have transformed the Sol metro station exit into a crashed spaceship, as if it had just emerged from the PlayStation universe," said Carlos Villasante of the PlayStation Spain marketing team. "This marks the start of one of the top marketing campaigns I've ever done. Soon you'll discover more about this story."
