Wandering Sword is making the jump from PC to PS5 next year.
This is Chinese martial arts-inspired RPG in the visual guise of Octopath Traveler, but it encourages player freedom when it comes to exploration and progression.
As such, the game's got a slight focus on replay value, as your actions can alter the story's outcome. The combat system, meanwhile, incorporates both turn-based tactics and real-time action.
It's also worth noting that this will apparently be the 'complete' edition of the game, sporting all of its previously released DLC.

Wandering Sword's currently got really positive user reviews on Steam, and it received some high scores from critics back when it first launched in 2023. It comes to PS5 on the 28th February, 2026.

You had me at RPG. In fact, you always have me at RPG. Except when it’s preceded by “turn-based”. 😃
Not many Asian RPG's I haven't checked out or eventually came to enjoy.
This was my favorite announcement of the show. I get it's been out on PC for awhile, but I've never heard of it and can't wait to play next Spring!
This looks awesome. Definitely on the radar
I’ll definitely pick this up once it releases. It was one of the few standouts in the State of Play.
how am I supposed to remember this game if there's no page to wishlist?????
This looks awesome.
@AhmadSumadi this is turn-based and real time. Supposedly pretty tough.
Is there gameplay video?
@AhmadSumadi

Guys you are confused. This game launches until May 26th not in February.
