The Trophies in PS5's Virtua Fighter 5 Look Truly Thankless

Haha. I think SF V beats it lol (check the low platinum completion rate for proof).

I got SF V platinum trophy early in the year and it was a grind! Acquiring 1 million fight money in a game that gives out money in small quantities is a chore.

Sounds nice, really lame that people just want the most straightforward, basic, and easy trophies.

Auto pass. My time is too valuable to waste on this. Trophies shouldn’t be a cakewalk, but there’s a fine line between impossibly difficult/absurdly tedious and well thought out criteria that respects a trophy hunter’s time.

@Nepp67 I prefer trophies that reward skill. This kind of stuff doesn't take skill, it just takes an absurd amount of time grinding away, doing the same crap over and over again.

I love VF5 but no way is that happening. I've officially had my fill of VF5. I'm just patiently waiting for the next game at this point.

@nyr2k2 That's fair and I agree, I personally enjoyed the more fun trophies like how Uncharted 4 did it where you had to complete the graveyard area undetected and without killing anyone or do something in a specific order, but that's frowned upon so instead it's complete this mission, complete this mission, get every upgrade, get every tool, get every cosmetic. It's so boring and it sucks that devs just don't even try to be creative anymore with them because players are so afraid of anything that isn't a "complete everything."

1200 matches wouldn't be a problem if you really enjoy the game. I mean, i got more than 18K matches in SF 6 with 17K for ranked match 😁

But I got this trophy in VF 5: Ultimate Showdown. I put a good amount of hours in ranked match with all characters pass Defender rank or level 24. I would played more if only the netcode as good as SF 6...

And this version is pretty much VF 5: Ultimate Showdown. The trophies are similar and it also doesn't have Platinum trophy.

@MrStark I also got SF V platinum for my Asia and US account. I got 1 mill FM trophy early when Capcom didn't cut the money from completing story, arcade, and survival mode. The hardest trophy for me would be completing survival mode at Hard difficulty before Capcom made it much easier. That trophy was hard but i love it lol.

Im a fan of a difficult trophy list, that just feels tedious more than anything. No platinum in today's world is wild
