The Legend of Zelda series has a particular cadence and energy to it that's difficult to replicate, though many games come close — and Demi and the Fractured Dream certainly has a good stab at it.
Newly announced by publisher Annapurna Interactive, you can check out the debut trailer here:
You play as Demi in this action adventure, a character able to harness the mysterious power of the void.
You embark on a journey across the land, with the ultimate goal of slaying the three Accursed Beasts to prevent the world's demise.

The game features a mix of combat, platforming, and puzzle-solving in a series of dungeons — very classic Zelda formula there.
However, layered on top are some more modern ideas; perfect dodges charge up your void powers and make your next attacks stronger, while a series of charms can be equipped that change up Demi's build.
It looks rather delightful, doesn't it? If it can keep things interesting for the duration, we can see this being a very pleasant, strangely familiar game to enjoy.

Looks pretty dope.
This genuinely does look like a total rip off of 3D Zelda games. Particularly Wind Waker.
Really like the look of this one. Hopefully it gets some reasonable reviews.
The developers really need to be careful. I hear Nintendo has a patent on keys, swords, and any game that looks interesting.
“Zelda vibes” you can probably get sued for that these days.
I'm sold, honestly.
