The latest issue of Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu boasts a particularly striking Ghost of Yotei illustration (thanks, Genki), ahead of the PS5 exclusive's launch in just a few days.
Famitsu often snags artwork created specifically for its covers, and we think this one's a beaut. It depicts a very anime-looking Atsu slicing through someone, with her trusty blade adorned in blood.
Meanwhile, around the back of the issue, the artwork is expanded to show Atsu's mysterious wolf companion, snarling in front of the Yotei Six — the game's main group of antagonists. Mount Yotei stands ominously in the background, of course.

We've always enjoyed seeing characters from more realistic titles depicted in different art styles, and honestly, this cover's making us ponder the potential of a Ghost of Yotei anime.
At this point, it's worth mentioning just how popular 2020's Ghost of Tsushima was with Japanese gamers. Sony will be hoping that its sequel strikes a similar chord, and this kind of eye-catching promotion should certainly help.
What do you make of this cover? At least wipe the blood off in the comments section below.
