As if Digimon Story Time Stranger didn't already look like the best Digimon game in... well, possibly forever, its new gameplay trailer is the icing on the cake.
In case you didn't know, you can ride atop your allies in the upcoming RPG — but we underestimated just how many 'mons you'll be able to take for a spin. The video showcases a boatload of beasts giving the protagonist a lift, letting you traverse the digital world at speed.
Speaking of which, there are a lot of different environments being showcased in this footage, alluding to the developer's previous comments on this being the biggest Digimon title yet in terms of scope.

But yeah, it's all about that riding. Whether your monster's got four legs, two legs, wings, or even no limbs at all, you'll be able to make use of their bulky forms. We assume that rides are restricted to bigger creatures, but there's still a lot of variety on display here.
