Hexworks has confirmed Lords of the Fallen 2 will be coming to PS5 at some point next year. You can catch the first reveal trailer out of Gamescom Opening Night Live above.
The sequel builds off the first game from a few years back, including the many post-launch updates it received. "Lords of the Fallen II will take into account all the learnings and experience, building further on everything players loved about the original game, while also elevating it to a new and altogether more threatening place," said chief brand officer Ryan Hill. "We think you’re going to be surprised."

As I've said many times, loved the first one. The NPCs were a bit weak, but i loved the level design, the twin world mechanic (with the spooky light) and the gameplay. Really looking forward to this one, i hope they support it as well going forward.
No gameplay, no hype. That said, I love the LotF reboot, so as long as they build off that, then this will be a wonderful game.

I'll most definitely be buying the sequel day one as I really,really enjoyed the first game and I really loved the way hexworks listened to the community and constantly improved everything. If only other big name devs could do the same then gaming would be in a much better state.

Okay, I've since played Lords of the Fallen the 2.0 update. Way way way better, night and day. I'm enjoying my playthrough, long after I abandoned it when it first released.
I feel bad to have been harsh to some commenters here. I'm sorry! LotF2 looks promising and after all the hard work the devs put in to make the first one so much better, they absolutely deserve the success they earned.

@DrVenture69 The last game is not a remake in any way whatsoever. It is 100% a sequel. It even reference events & characters from the 2014 game. It’s really stupid they didn’t just call that one LotF 2, and the upcoming game 3.

The enemies look cooler then the main character that Angel looks so cool.
