Didn't play previous two ones yet. Hope not all important announcements leak from very likely to be best stream this week!
Bloody leaks, does no one like surprises anymore, honestly like spoilt kids 😃
Sadly didn’t like the previous two games at all, pretty and good voice acting/OST but the game itself didn’t move me, but this will be nice for fans of the series!
Nice, I look forward to seeing it.
Gotta say, the last scene in Requiem was one of the hardest things I've had to do in a game, oh boy.
The 2nd one is bigger but definitely worse one.
Plagues tale was a lot of fun until it turned into “oh he can control the rats”. It lost me there I never picked up the second one. Is it any good?
I still haven't played the other two games yet. I'm sure I have them in my playstation plus library, so will need to get around to playing them first at somepoint.
There's been rumours that Sunset Overdrive could be getting remastered. I hope it's true.
Hopefully it’ll be on GamePass day one like the first two.
I really liked Innocence, but not did not like how Amicia's accent changed from French to English in Requiem.
I've found these ones to be a little TLOU-like, but I enjoyed them immensely more. Glad to see another one!
I really enjoyed these two games, and consider them underrated in general. Will totally be on board for a third.
Seems to be a prequel of sorts which would explain why they didn’t (couldn’t) do a sequel. Wouldn’t mind getting the low down on how this ***** started.
I was surprised more of the show hasn’t leaked yet. Can’t wait to watch it. Should be some great surprises. I didn’t see this game coming. So it’s off to a great start.
Hope they bring the French accents back
Title sounds more like a spinoff or compilation than a third game.
loved plague tale innocence the first game a fantastic game a gem of a game. requiem was good but not as good.
But more plague tale is a good thing. more single player games is always a plus
It sounds and looks like it'll be a spin off rather than a direct follow up.
I like both the first 2 but I prefer 1 to 2. 2 looked amazing though
Seems an odd choice having Sophia as the main character although considering how Requiem ended (let alone the post credit scene) can see why. On a plus any new entry in this series is welcome.
I liked the first one. And indeed the voice acting was great. In particular the french version (the english voices much less). The second title was visually and maybe technically more striking, but it lacked the felling of inferiority and lacked the novelty. I somehow cannot imagine what could be an interesting spin for the 3rd installment.
Great series, with great graphics. I've beaten part one and two and have started a new game on PS5. Day one for sure.
Awesome !!! But also strange. I see this like some action packed game where the firsttwo were jsut being cautious and rarely even have weapeons. I hope they do not go in some "same as other games" direction.
Genuinely don't understand the appeal of these games. The first one played like a weaker version of TLoU, and the kid never shut up.
@DrGrief a third person action stealth game with ab amazing story is now niche?
@Toot1st The word "action" is doing a lot of heavy lifting there. Vanquish is an action game. Devil May Cry is an action game. This is... a game, I guess.
What's amazing about the story? It's usual videogame narrative slop.
Cool.the x box showcase should be interesting today.word up son
Previous two games were an amazing experience!
So I'll def be delighted to see a third entry!
It doesn't look as good to me as the first two games. Also the main protagonist doesn't look appealing to me.
It seems there are no more rats. Likely spin-off. The cut scene at the end of 2 makes them run out of idea. They should have shown early or late 1800s, rather than modern era where the rat mechanics wouldn't work.
I have my eye on this one, loved the first 2, happy to hear another is on the way.
Hopefully they're still working on the 3rd mainline game
I like this series, especially the game play, but the last game's narrative and dialogue was a huge issue for me. Loved the open zone levels though so hope they continue with that!
The first two games were alright, but not incredible. Played them both via PS+ and enjoyed them but don't think I would have spent more than £20 on them each. Will keep an eye on this one but so far its not really giving me Plague Tale vibes and just seems to be a random story about a side character.
Even the trailer doesn’t really look or feel like APT. Weird. Perhaps the story ties in, but currently this feels more like another game rebranded to a known IP for marketing reasons.
I don't know why but it really annoys me when sequels change the naming conventions established in earlier titles.
Anyway, I will probably play this. I liked the other two rat games, even if I think people did go a bit far with the praise for the second one. They're fine.
I liked both Plague Tale games - but this doesn't feel like the same game. The art style is similar, I'll give them that. But there's no hint of working together with multiple characters, which was a key element of the games. Obviously, as a prequel, it also has a different nemesis - I didn't spot a single rat in the trailer. I'm not so sure what's supposed to win over fans of the first two games to this one, just yet.
@Frmknst It's been confirmed it's set before the second game so is a prequel of sorts. However there are two timelines so some may also be set during or after 1 or 2...
