The franchise may have been licensed out to Bandai Namco, and series developer Clap-Hanz may no longer be at the helm – but who can resist Everybody’s Golf Hot Shots?
The new PS5 game, due out on 5th September, will feature 10 courses from around the world and weather and time changes across all of them to provide a dramatically varied experience.
Moreover, PAC-MAN will feature as a playable character! Everybody’s Golf has, historically, had cameos from the likes of Kratos and Kat, but the pill popper appears to fit right in. You’ll get early access to him if you pre-order, but everyone will be able to unlock him through gameplay so don’t worry if you initially miss out.

A little worried Clap-Hanz isn't developing the game. I really hope it's good because I've been longing for a new Everybody's Golf for a long time now.

Its got Pacman in it, im avin it 😀
I mean it's cool to see the characters here but even still we saw this at Switch direct and most know about it. So it's 'fine' but otherwise just more overdone advertising that many PS gamers that view sites already know about so additional characters to advertise is fine but hardly worth showcasing.
The game looks like a bit of visual downgrade compared to Everybody's Golf on the PS4.
Still excited for it, though I was hoping it would improve on the PS4 version's visuals.

I was unaware of that, but my first game in the series was the one on PS3. So that gives me more hope it won't be bad.
