More Gran Turismo 7 Content and Upgrades in New PS5, PS4 Update

Do they give all of their cars out for free? They consider this a live service title right? How do they make money in it other than the purchase of the base game, are there any micro transactions?

@Darude84 me too yes lol. I’d never seen anything like I at the time. I remember thinking that must be an expensive car to be able to do that. Was it an anti theft thing?

@Americansamurai1 think it’s on around 17-18 now it’s overtaken the last highest in the franchise by some considerable millions now

I wished gt had realistic car accidents with lots of destroyed parts this cars are like invincible bricks no matter how fast you go and how fast you crash against walls nothing happens xD

@DaveTheRave pretty impressive, especially since its not on PC. I expect part 8 to be PS5 and 6 with possible PC.

I’ll always take free content and appreciate the work that goes into creating these cars in the game. But SUVs… I’d like to take a break from the SUVs. They don’t fit the ethos of the game, not even as much as the true random weird stuff they put in like mini trucks and ambulances. What I’d like to see is some more GT3 cars sprinkled in and I think a lot of the fanbase would agree. I’ll grant. certainly if an engine swap were to appear for the SUVs later they might have a place in the dirt tracks but that’s always been an aside for GT. I mean, it’s in the name… is it licensing? What’s the hold up for even semi recent GT cars being added?

@Americansamurai1 not a chance mate I don’t think. Too many cheats and hackers on PC to mess the leaderboards up

So no new tracks .... Oh well this ends my interest in this patch.

Hate these live service game

@Artois2 it’s not really live service. it’s just free cars for a game that’s been out for years. GT is as old as gods dog mate. Games can also have multiplayer without them being a live service

@Anya-chan they don’t add it to that extent I believe because when you sre racing you ain’t supposed to be crashing lol. If you want that sort of game play Forza horizon or burnout

@Darude84 I think it may have locked the car in place so it couldn’t be stolen or maybe that’s an old wives tale I must look it up

Edit nope it was just to improve the driving comfort lol . You have to love Citroens sheer mental’ness

What a tour de force Gran Turismo is. It's the only game I've been consistently playing since the original on PS1. It's PlayStation's most valuable IP hands down. I tip my hat to Polyphony.

@DaveTheRave controller believe or not i have a car but i suck at driving with wheel in a game 😒😒 well my driving in general is kinda ass my friends said im a menace in the road not because of high speed but im just sloppy sometimes and in the highway makes my stress go up to unhealthy levels im afraid of crashing or other crashing against me 😭

@Anya-chan are you in the U.S? I notice you used the word highway, and I’d also hate to drive on them roads. Just seems like there are no rules. Like in England you can’t overtake other cars on fhe inside lanes you have to go outside and I see videos from USA highways where everyone in different lanes are all going different speeds and I’m like that’s dangerous lol

Well here in Portugal the problem is not different speeds lanes is more like the other drivers have 0 respect you can go normally then someone just blast at high speed from behind overtaking everyone no wonder why we have so many accidents i heard days ago that we have the worst ratings in Europe in terms of accidents
