Artistic types take note: Capcom wants people to design their own weapon, and / or pendant for Monster Hunter Wilds, as part of a newly announced community competition.
The best designs will be added to the game in a future update — currently set for 2026 — so all players can take them for a spin.
Entries can be submitted via X (formerly known as Twitter), but you'll need to be from one of the following four regions to take part: Asia, the Americas, Europe, and Japan.
Only one weapon and one pendant design will be chosen to appear in the title, but seven additional winners will have their names added to the game's credits, which is pretty cool.

If you want to try your luck, you'll need to submit your work by the 24th June. Then, it'll be subject to two rounds of judging: the first is done by Capcom staff, and the second is voted for by registered users through the official Monster Hunter website.
