Assassin's Creed Shadows' first crossover has been revealed — and it's with evergreen multiplayer title Dead by Daylight.
All we have to go on at the time of writing is a social media teaser. "Step into The Fog. A new Dead by Daylight quest begins. Slip through the shadows. Survive the ordeal," it reads.
The text is accompanied by a looping video of dual protagonists Naoe and Yasuke standing by a fire, with an ominous figure watching over them. Given the rather specific wording, we're going to assume that this is some kind of quest with Dead by Daylight-themed rewards.
Previously, the Shadows dev team had confirmed that 'special collaborations' would be coming to the open worlder. This is obviously one of them, and it arrives on the 27th May as part of the game's second major update.
Said update will also feature photo mode enhancements, as well as some fairly significant improvements to the parkour system.
