Overwatch 2 is no stranger to a cool crossover, and its latest collab with Capcom should draw some of you back to the hero shooter, starting 20th May through 2nd June.
According to Blizzard, this isn’t “simply cosplay”, with many of your favourite characters given new animations and visual effects inspired by Street Fighter 6.
So, what’s the full lineup, then?
- Hanzo is Ryu
- Juno is Chun-Li
- Kiriko is Juri
- Sigma is M. Bison
- Soldier 76 is Guile
- Widowmaker is Cammy
- Winstone is Blanka
- Zenyatta is Dhalsim
“Each skin is lovingly crafted with nods to iconic moves, stances, and personalities, down to the smallest details to hit every beat,” the blurb teases.

All of the skins will be available individually or as part of a trio of bundle options, including an Ultra tier which includes everything.
There’ll also be a collab event featuring various in-game challenges, including with rewards including “40,000 XP plus exclusive themed sprays, voice lines, and the Street Fighter player title”.
You can check out a new trailer teasing the crossover above, but do let us know if this is something that’s going to pull you back in Blizzard’s first-person shooter in the comments section below.

oh god, why 🤮 just let it die . how does OVER watch fit street fighter in any way? i’d see this as way more fitting for marvel rivals (especially since there’s a whole marvel vs capcom series), but this is just jarring
Yet another bizarre cross-over in Overwatch, not even surprised.
Widowmaker as Cammy looks nice from behind, though. Might grab this one... if only I have not dropped Overwatch 2 a month after it started.
Wish they'd remove Hanzo's sleeve tattoo for the outfit, it throws it off and it wouldn't be the first time they remove or change tattoos for different skins. Also, couldn't they make Guile's flat top higher or angle the arm so it actually looks like he's combing the hair and not air? The rest look pretty good and it's def a better result overall than previous cross-over cosplay skins.
These look like a two-pack of butt
Oh, Overwatch, what happened to you?
@Tomato_Goose
I’ll never understand comments like yours and the one above you. From people who doesn’t even play the game. I play it a lot, and I’ve been doing that since 2016. I love this collab! I loved the Transformers collab as well (I’m born 1980, so I grew up with this *****!), and some of the others.
I think it’s great they’re doing stuff like this. But each to their own ofc.
@RamboMike I've played the very first OW for far too long, starting even before the official release — during multiple alpha and beta-tests, so I am not a random passerby, shouting at all the stuff. Back into the days I liked the game — it was fast and fresh with decent monetization and lovely unique setting. But in my opinion Blizzard lost their way some time after, struggling at new modes, features and ideas. Coming F2P with OW2 was predictable and logical, but once again — lack of proper development vision lead to massive amount of players leaving, I was one of them (even despite the fact that 5 vs 5 felt decent).
Speaking about collaborations — every time talented devs with awesome universes try to attract people introducing cross-promotions (like bringing stuff from other games / movies / etc.), I feel sad. In my opinion such things break immersion — just look at those trash skins in recent COD. There are more rewarding and product-oriented ways to entertain and attract players, like PoE / WoW / DL / many other teams do. Moreover, I don't know how generous with collaboration content is current Blizz in OW, but in Diablo 4 their greed is beyond boundaries — just look up the latest Berserk collab. But all tastes differ, of course — so there is nothing wrong with you liking this kind of stuff, mate.
