Capcom's Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess Is Finally Officially Confirmed for PS5

I was excited, then it says it's coming to gamepass so I'm thinking they're not expecting this game to be that big. Same for exoprimal.

It's strange how they placed Embargoes on just the Japanese games, have they done it with the hope over the next 48 hours Japanese gamers rush out to buy an xbox, because if common sense is used then that's not going to happen.

I thought it was Onimusha at first lol. I'm definitely interested...no, im excited.😀😁. I didn't think Capcom had any other game to announce outside of their own showcase so this surprised me some.

@-Sigma- also first thought it could be Onimusha, though slightly relieved that the game is its own thing. I prefer Onimusha slightly more grounded (like 1-3, not Dawn of Dreams).

Looks interesting, I'll have to wait to see more but capcom doesn't disappoint these days so I'm optimistic.

Anyway,it looks interesting. I like the visuals and the camera work.

Going to check it out on Gamepass when it drops, looks decent if not groundbreaking.

This actually looked like trash. Definitely felt out of place of what Capcom does.

I don't know. This one gives me Okami feels. I think it will look beautiful, but it will not have mass appeal and will tank on sales.
I was confused. They could have rebooted Onimusha there and it would've sold much more. This and that dinosaur game, the non-Dini crisis make me think that capcom god might not be that godly but just a bit lucky with some of their teams delivering great work. Decision making still seems poor.

I just want to see what Pragmata is about

This was probably the biggest surprise of the showcase for me. Looks intriguing at worst and awesome at best.

Looks interesting, but I would still prefer Capcom give us info on that Pragmata game or bring back a classic series.

I didn't watch the Xbox showcase but hearing of a brand new action-adventure (presumably) from Capcom is a good surprise.
Gives me vibes of Okami (only more 'realistic') which is good.

@GodofCapcom I notice Capcom are doing Gamepass deals with mostly new Capcom IPs. I don't expect much from Exoprimal. But we could be surprised. Kunitsu Gami looks interesting I wouldn't mind trying it out. It just makes me hope one day we'll get a new Onimusha game.

So Onimusha style enemies mixed with Okami and shrine priestess exorcism dance moves...pass. I hope it does well so they feel more confident and remake Onimusha. They should really survey their fan base for remake requests like they did with the RE series.

TBH anything from modern capcom is worth our atention. It's bang after bang and they don't miss a beat in years. Since Ashura's Wrath or RE5 and 6 maybe.

Out of all the game shows I watched, this is probably the game I'm most hyped for now. Hoping to get a further look with the capcom show tonight.
The art style is stunning and the combat looked fluid and fun, can't wait to learn more!

Also this is looking more like one of their AA games rather than a full AAA experience we usually get from them.

But really, this was the game that I liked the most from yesterdays showcase and I will be glad to pay full price for it.

this 48 hour embargo is the biggest nonsense. but hey Sony are the bad guys here while MS is the shining white knight who just wants to protect us from the Evil Sony.

@KidRyan Im glad they are doing some new IPs too. Yeah I really wish they would go back to making Onimusha which gets overshadowed by Capcoms other IPs. 1 is available across all formats. Wish we could get 2,3 and 4 being more accessible since they are on PS2.
