UK Sales Charts: Horizon Forbidden West Soars Back into the Top Three

The UK's latest physical games charts are in, and it's pretty predictable stuff up at the top. FIFA 23 is number one for the third week running, and the indomitable Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is in second. Coming up in third, however, is Horizon Forbidden West, which makes a huge leap from 28th all the way to third. This can presumably be attributed to fresh PS5 stock hitting stores.

New release PGA Tour 2K23 debuts in seventh, just below LEGO Harry Potter Collection, which has apparated back into sixth. Fellow bricky title LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga has been consistently within the top 10, but is currently down to ninth.

PS5 Availibility ramping up for the holiday season.

The Horizon Bundle will be replaced by the Ragnarok one

Wish LEGO Harry Potter got the LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga treatment, all 8 movies in one ultimate LEGO game package, with voice-acting taken directly from the movies, being able to explore in and around Hogwarts like you could with Middle-Earth in LEGO Lord of the Rings, and the inclusion of side-quest ALSO from LEGO Lord of the Rings.

I’ll be real interested to see the global sales numbers for HFW after a year. I know a lot of the units have shifted as they were a pack-in but still… that’s one of the main reasons that Tetris is out there on its own!
