PS Store prices have been falling harder and faster than ever before, but the latest round of indie deals on Sony’s storefront has brought with it some of the lowest prices we’ve ever seen. Right now, you can pick up games for as little as £0.16/$0.19 apiece – we’re talking back of the sofa stuff. Obviously, many of these aren’t particularly high-profile releases, but for less than the price of a Freddo you can’t really argue.
Here are just some of the outrageously low-priced games you’ll find on the PS Store right now. Please note that in some cases you’ll need to be a PS Plus subscriber to be eligible for the lowest possible price:
- Flatland: Prologue (PS4): £0.16/$0.19
- Timber Tennis: Versus (PS4): £0.33/$0.39
- I Want to Be Human (PS4): £0.39/$0.49
- Savage: Halloween (PS4): £0.39/$0.49
- Dogurai (PS4): £0.39/$0.49
- Blasting Agent: Ultimate Edition (PS4, PS Vita): £0.74/$0.89
- Stretch Arcade (PS4): £0.58/$0.99
- Spooky Chase (PS4): £0.39/$0.49
- Wardogs: Red’s Return (PS4): £0.32/$0.39
These are just a handful of the games, but there are quite literally hundreds available for less than £2/$2 a pop. While we’re obviously not recommending everything here, it may be worth browsing the PS Store and seeing if anything takes your fancy – after all, you can’t really go wrong when you’re paying pennies, can you?

These games may be cheap, but are they actually worth spending time on? There are only so many hours in a day and I find it difficult to justify investing in these games when I could be playing AAA releases.
If there’s anything worth playing here, maybe an article could help highlight the best purchases?
@Grimwood That was relating to PS5's first-party games, and is true.
I picked up Savage Halloween for 50 cents. It's not bad, just a pain in the ass. I couldn't even come close ti beating the first boss. There may be a lot of shovelware in the indie sale, but there are also some true gems. I'd recommend Wintermoor Tactics Club to anyone who likes grid based combat, it's absolutely charming.
This is great until my bank freezes my card for suspicious activity after spending $0.32 online.
@Sebatrox @Excess Blasting Agent and Stretch Arcade are both legitimately good games. Much better than some indie games which'll go for $15-$20. This price point is great for these games as they're both pretty short, you'll be able to finish them in like 1 or 2 hours.
Stretch Arcade is kinda like a rythm game, similar to the Persona dancing games.
Blasting Agent is a typical 2d side scrolling shooter platformer with solid gameplay.
Some great deals. Had a look through yesterday and got the following:
Vasara Collection - £0.89
Tinker Racers - £0.39
Flatland: Prologue - £0.16
Savage Halloween- £0.39
Timber man Vs - £0.84
Elea - £0.99
Whipseey and the Lost Atlas - £0.99
Racket Fury (PSVR) - £FREE
Don’t know if Racket Fury is a secret Plus game, but it’s only free to Plus Subscribers.
Lots of other cheap games too, but these appealed to me most.
This is the -
We don't include Vita games in PS+ anymore, so here, have them 5 for $1
@Steel76 These have been out much longer. Much more time to accumulate crap. Or better idea, just avoid crap games in general, regardless of platform. 💡
This is a list of garbage, I wouldn't pay any Cent for. And they are not worth my time. There are too many good games, I don't have enough time for.
I used to jump at sales like this with games that were super cheap. But years later I find myself not buying them anymore. I don't have the time to play the good games that release every year moreless stuff like this.
They may be 16p but they’re actually worth less than that 🤣
Shovel ware. No thanks.
@thefourfoldroot great spot on Racket Fury. Have added to my library, thanks!
@Steel76 not as bad as the ps2 days
I have a soft spot for Halloween themed games so I picked up Spooky Chase and Savage Halloween.
So... one psvita game?
@Nintendo4Sonic what a lovely thing to say. I'm sure you'd appreciate it if someone said the same thing about your work.
@Nintendo4Sonic
I completely sympathise with time investment on bad games overriding low cost, but not every game has to be a AAA blockbuster. Sometimes I want a small game with fun mechanics to play between, or even alongside more involved games. There are lots of good options in the sale that are worth the price and our time (for at least a couple of hours).
If you own a PSVR, Floor Plan for £2.49 is a great shout!
@thefourfoldroot I also agree, that not every game has to be AAA.
Today, I completed Sea of Solitude and enjoyed my time with it. And some days ago, I bought R Type Final 2 and absolutely love it.
But there is so much good stuff, that I don't need Indie "crap" titles
@Sebatrox Answer: No
You get what you pay for.
