Wow, this week is suddenly starting to look very busy, isn't it? Fans of Sonic the Hedgehog will be happy to hear that a 'Sonic Central' event is taking place in just a couple of days, on Thursday 27th May. In celebration of Sonic's 30th anniversary, an official livestream promises "a first look at some of our upcoming projects, partnerships, and events".
It begins at 9:00AM PT / 12:00PM PT in the US. In Europe, that's 5:00PM BST and 6:00PM CEST. We will, of course, be providing coverage of any relevant news here on Push Square.

@Quintumply sonic colours remastered and a new sonic collection for PS4 have already leaked i understand. Hope the collection includes the GBA and DS games, as well as Sonic adventure!
As a long-time Sonic fan, colour me interested!

@Rob_230 I'd take a Colours remaster, I never played that one at the time so I'd be curious to give it a shot.
Thursday is fast becoming a great day, hopefully we finally get Sonic 3 on modern consoles and I'd take a full remake of Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 while we're at it

I know there have quite a few mediocre, and some bad games, but I've been a fan since '91 and am still excited to see what they announce.
I just wanna see Mania 2 announced, crazy that it's almost 4 years since that landed and after the Encore DLC there's been nothing.
I bought every Sonic game since '91. Even though his latest games vary in quality I always get excited when a new one is announced. For some reason I hope the remake Sonic 1,2,3 & knuckles in a good 3D game.
A Sonic PS4 collection which actually allows you to play Sonic 3 and Knuckles. Properly, as it was originally intended.
Also, while we're on Knuckles, give him his own Soulsborne game.
And Sonic 2 in VR
I looked up Sonic 2021 on Google and an Article mentioned something about a 30th Anniversary Collection being leaked. Whether this is true or not we'll have to wait and see but tbh considering how quiet Sega have been about all of this I'm not expecting much.

Sonic Adventure 3 , i hope they stop ignoring the large elephant in the room and make SA3. Any other ideas they've had always sucked .
