I lve the yakuza series but have been a bit critical of this one. However this trailer has got me wanting to play it lol

This looks proper good though doesn't it? I have my day 1 edition preordered and am really looking forward to playing it. In Japanese.

Im torn on whether i'll play it, or wait until the upgrade path arrives in March as i'll have miles morales and cyberpunk to keep me occupied until then, but we'll see

@Rob_230 honestly i don't mind the english dubs since Kiryus story ended. Helps to seperate them for me personally but i know many people prefer the Japanese vocals.

Hype. English dub is nice but I go for original Japanese VO all day.

I’ve got this on preorder and it looks amazing - gotta admit tho “captured on Xbox series x” kinda hurts after supporting the franchise since ps2 , I don’t even know if Xbox gamers will appreciate the game the series or even buy it . Most Xbox gamers I know play war zone only and what ever mainstream stuff comes to game pass

As amazing as this is going to be, I'm going to hang back and get it on PS5. That lobster summon move will never get old to me. NEVER.

I've never played or even heard of this series but this looks like a lot of fun. It reminds me a lot of the Dead Rising games. I noticed they added some other Yakuza games onto game pass so I may have to check them out.

@Unffclcntrllerpd Xbox gamers? Aren’t we all just gamers, no matter the system? I have this game preordered on the X and can’t wait to play it, I’m sure there are others too. Don’t generalise so much man.

This looks awesome, I just hope they still keep the original battle system in the future, I don't know if this counts as a spin-off or not

@Unffclcntrllerpd Why exactly does it hurt that its captured on Xbox series x ? its coming to Playstation regardless, Its really unhealthy to have such a loyalty towards a brand.

Videogames are more important than the plastic box you play it on .

@Fenbops was gonna say the same thing. Very excited to play it on Series X. Besides, today’s NBA footage was captured on a PS5. This is always the way; they will both look very similar.
