Well, this looks like a good time. Sail Forth has been announced for PlayStation 4, and it's a procedurally generated game about traversing the waves, exploring new locations, and engaging in naval combat. Taken at face value, it looks like Baby's First Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag with its colourful presentation, but it's doing things a little differently.

As you explore and find new equipment, you'll be able to customise your ship and build a fleet to sail alongside you, which will come in handy when you come across pirates. There doesn't seem to be any on-foot gameplay -- this appears to be a solely nautical adventure. It looks pretty darn delightful.
