Everyone was hoping to see some gameplay footage of Marvel's Avengers at E3 2019, but it unfortunately didn't feature in the game's big reveal. It was shown behind closed doors to the press, but that didn't do much to alleviate the concerns of fans. Square Enix showed a little more confidence in the game during a panel at San Diego Comic-Con, where attendees were treated to a screening of the elusive gameplay. But when is the publisher going to let everyone see it?
Fortunately, it won't be too much longer. During the panel, Crystal Dynamics stated the gameplay demo will be shared publicly the week after Gamescom 2019. The European show takes places from the 20th to the 24th August, so we can expect to see Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, and Black Widow kicking some butt at the end of next month. Here's hoping it looks good.

I dont know why they dont just show it during Gamescom 🤔
i wonder why Marvel is being so secretive about this game, i suppose it could have something to do with Endgame and them not wanting to confuse casual fans who might think it's based off the film
but still if people are dumb enough to think it's a movie licence game then that's their fault
I really do want this game to turn out well. But if not Sony still has Spider Man and Nintendo has Ultimate Alliance 3. For anyone who needs that Marvel fix.
I really hope it starts to shape up, because everything we've seen so far has been dire.
