Last week saw the somewhat clumsy public debut of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare gameplay. Infinity Ward's latest first person shooter was played by four Twitch streamers as they took part in a few rounds of Gunfight, an all-new 2v2 multiplayer mode. Unfortunately, while the gameplay looked typically great, it was ruined by the four influencers screaming at each other for the majority of the time.
Thankfully, the developer has heard the outcry of fans, and has uploaded a five-minute PS4 Pro gameplay video, with not a shoutcaster in sight. You can watch it above -- Gunfight looks like a pretty intense mode, with very small maps and no choice in loadout.
Hopefully the game will be shown in a better light on 1st August, when Activision will be fully revealing the multiplayer side of Modern Warfare. Are you excited to see what the new game has to offer? Don't forget to reload in the comments below.

i watched the original turned the sound off, so bloody annoying why to publishers think that kind of thing is enjoyable and it sounded SO forced
this one is SO much better and on the plus side the game play looks solid
Are there no kill cams?
@East76landS There are, they were present when the streamers were playing it.
The sound of the guns is amazing.
That looks... quite fun. And I'm not a huge fan of online PvP. Part of the reason for that is that I'm older and not as quick as is often required. Another part is that I usually get taken out by others while I'm focused on one in front of me. 2v2 might be a bit more manageable!
That said, I still doubt I'll pick this up until a while after launch when I can get it used, as I mostly want it for the single-player campaign.

The kill cams were removed as there was the usual Internet uproar that the hit detection was terrible. This is because even though cod has been going for years some people believe killcams are representative of actual live game play which it isn't as it uses much less data. Which can causes hit detection to look off. But when you see live feed it is spot on.
Looks like I'm getting back into Call of Duty this year
The sound fx are SO much better than past cod games! The ambience and reverberations of shots sound awesome. I wonder if they change depending on your surrounding. So far im feeling this a lot more than any cod in a long time!
