We got our very first look at Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order during EA Play, but a handful of journalists present at the event were lucky enough to see and play an extended gameplay demo. Now, the publisher has decided to release a video of the full 25-minute slice of action, and it has a bunch of new footage to chew on.
It starts off with Cal and his little droid buddy, BD-1, infiltrating and taking control of an AT-AT, turning it against the empire forces. We also get a brief look inside the Stinger Mantis, the ship you'll be using to fly between planets, as well as how you'll upgrade BD-1 with new abilities. The second half of the video is basically what we've seen before, but obviously shows off plenty of lightsaber combat if you wanted to see it again.
What do you think of this extended look at Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order? Travel at light speed to the comments below.

What a strange world it is when I'm excited for a Ea game
I would love to be excited about this game, but its published by EA .. they will destroi it somehow. I just know it
on the one hand: IT'S STAR WARS!!!!
on the other hand it's EA
The enemy ai still looks a bit off for melee. It reminds me of souls when you can aggro one or two out of a mob rather than all but It feels a bit jarring for storm troopers to react this way (see at around 3 and 18 mins). Regardless I'm still excited and cautiously optimistic.
Seems OK. Not the best 25mins of game-play I have seen for numerous reasons but its 'Star Wars' and at least its not the worst 25mins of gameplay I have watched either. It seems to tick most of the cliches and seems to be quite a bit like Titanfall 2 - except BD1 doesn't speak the same language or have to be left behind whilst you go off and do a bit of platforming followed by a bit of combat, by another bit of platforming then combat etc...
At the moment, despite it being an EA game, its still on my wanted list but not enough to pre-order. That's saying something for a Star Wars 'fan' but I feel there is a dark cloud above it waiting for the storm to arrive thanks to EA and their ridiculous 'surprise mechanics'
It's correct, not terrific. Something about the combat feels strange. Still can be fun if controls are intuitive (letting the combat flow naturally, say). Then, lightsaber hitting multiple times on a spider without any visible damage doesn't look fine. I had a good time with Force Unleashed , and haven't played a StarWars game since , so I might have this...
Even if Cal did just call it an "at at" and not an "Eighty-Eighty". You had ONE job, voiceover director!
I'm warming more and more to this young Jedi. I reckon this looks like an enjoyable action adventure game.
Looks like an interactive Star Wars movie. ✌🙂
Looks like a fun enough of a Star Wars Uncharted game. I doubt it will be game of the year but looks entertaining and that's pretty much all that matters.
I really don't like the idea of metroid back tracking though. It doesn't look exciting enough to want to keep revisiting old levels. I wouldn't want to keep doing it on Uncharted and don't want to here. Depending how much of it there is and how much is required to win will decide if I get it.
looking good.definetly hype.first stars wars game I like.and it's single player only dog.sign me up player.word up son
I'm not sure what I think about this yet. Might be good but who knows?
@Gumbopudding If this ends up being Star Wars Uncharted, I’ll be happy with it.
The sound effects and music are AMAZING(well of course it's Star Wars) Only watched a bit tho because i don't want to spoil the game when I get it.
