Last week, the US PlayStation Store kicked off a Double Discounts sale, and now it's Europe's turn. Today sees the start of an equivalent sale on the EU PlayStation Store, once again providing Plus members with twice as nice savings.
There are some big games included here. Assassin's Creed Origins is as little as £16.99, DiRT Rally 2.0 is half price, and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is £14.39. Probably the best deal is Batman: Arkham Collection, which includes all three of Rocksteady's Caped Crusader adventures, for just £14.99. Prices go as low as just over a fiver for Hollow Knight.
Elsewhere on the Store, Games Under £13 and Games Under £4 bring prices crashing down on a variety of PS4 titles. The former includes the likes of Puyo Puyo Tetris, Dying Light, and Metro Redux, while the latter has games such as Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition, Lords of the Fallen, and Murdered: Soul Suspect all going for pennies.
All these deals last until 12th June, when they'll presumably be replaced with yet more offers. Anything tickle your fancy? Get your wallets out in the comments below.

Might buy sleeping dogs for that price, really need to go on the actual store to make a decision.
Another increasingly traditional "what's a vita?" sale, but this month has proven it to be more of an exposure issue. For the record, today's the last day of the big platform sale that has never got its spotlight and whose items have only been visible by combing through the whole list in PS Vita section. Eight of them have landed in my library nonetheless. "Seek and you will find" - Sony 7:7, apparently. ¯(ツ)/¯
So thats PlayStation-1, Atari-0
I really should have bought more stuff during the Big In Japan sale. These new ones keep not having stuff I want.
The EA Sports bundle is crazy considering. I know there's only a few months (September?) until the annual refresh - but I can't really see them breaking the mould in terms of features the year before next gen.
Most of these games have been cheaper recently, and most of them are usual suspects that are always on sale. Give it another few months and they'll be cheaper still. Meanwhile I'll keep hacking away at the backlog.
@tomassi
Exactly would say a good 80% have been a lot cheaper, most of the ones listed in the article have been cheaper!
@KALofKRYPTON
Better just waiting for Ea access
@suikoden Not if you aren't interested in another subscription.
@TheIronChimp I rest my case. Would have never noticed it myself if not for browsing my wishlist and spotting a discount with a different expiry date than what the few "Big in Japan" Vita games displayed (yes, it actually had a few, but mixed them in among the PS4 titles with no platform filters).
Tough luck if it's already expired where you are, but at least it showed that the platform still sees vast sales beyond the rotation of usual indie suspects in the filterable "All Offers" section. If what you have missed out on hails from Japan, maybe keep an eye out around midsummer - there tends to be another sale like this, but again, recently there's no telling if the browser storefront will bother to give its Vita parts a single lux of spotlight.
I think it's clear that this is a "non PS plus get half discount" sale
@TheIronChimp @nhSnork I have given up on Sony. Every fortnight i just visit https://psprices.com/region-gb/index and see what vita games are on sale. Much easier and means i dont miss out on the games i want.
As for this sale i bought murdered soul suspect at last given the price and also plan to get puyo puyo tetris to see what all the fuss is about.
Shopto.net had valkyria chronicles 4 for 21.99 which is the lowest price ive ever seen that for so i decided to get that at last aswell
@suikoden Not giving them my money. 😆
Between this sale & the May one prior reminds me of Battle Princess Madelyn having recently gotten discounts of 25-30% on PC/Xbone & more recently 40% on Switch...meantime the EU/AU PSN store still haven't released it nearing 5 & 1/2 months after the rest of the world got it!
Yeah and it's completely screwed up the PS3 stores deals section, the same games under the price drop banner are still there but last week they where all on sale. Go check it out now same games as last week but there all full price no discounts at all but still under the orice drops banner.
@Rob_230 I use PSprices from time to time, too, but they don't tend to mark sale periods per item which is quite topical in my case.
