Those of you who watched the recent Tekken World Tour tournament in Tokyo may have already seen this trailer when it was shown live on stream, but now it's available in HD on the official Tekken YouTube channel. The footage highlights numerous character buffs, including the addition of wall bounce attacks as well as completely fresh moves for some fighters.
The new wall bounce mechanic is being added in the game's big Season 2 update, which is due on the 6th September alongside the title's season season pass. It's going to be interesting to see how significant its impact is, especially on the competitive side of the Tekken 7 scene.

I haven’t been playing this game as much as I would like to. Maybe I’ll drop back in when season 2 hits.
Nice little demonstration of the wall bounce. I'm excited for the new update, if a little scared of having to revise my notes for Lee. Or heaven forbid, he gets nerfed.
@DerMeister Surely they won't nerf Lee, he's rare enough as it is!
@ShogunRok I know! With my luck though, I wouldn't be shocked if he somehow bottomed out on the next tier list. I do play a better character in Leo, but Lee's my favorite, I dunno if I can take another nerf.
Chloe still my waifu
I didn’t really like it. I lost interest after tekken tag tournament on ps2. 1-3 are great. I think what did it for me was it’s missing so many characters like Julia and Michelle. Anna n lei aren’t even coming out till later. It doesn’t feel as tight as the first 3. And don’t even get me started on that one fighter who cries all the time it’s unbearable
@GoreHoundGaymer Anna Williams and Lei Wulong are both launching along with the new Free Balance Patch on September 6th. The Balance Patch will also add, new moves for each character, New Rage Drive abilities for some characters and more character customisations. The DLC characters will not be free but everything else will be.
@GoreHoundGaymer Going back to the first 3 now feels like you're controlling underwater Gundam.
