In true Gran Turismo fashion, Polyphony Digital's all-new PlayStation 4 exclusive will be speeding out of the showroom ahead of E3 2016, as Sony prepares a live London event for the iconic simulation series. The first new-gen entry in the storied racing franchise was announced at Paris Games Week last year, but will be demoed in full on 19th May – and we'll bring you all of the details live.
The platform holder's really going the extra mile for this event, showing off the game and also the Pre-Season Tests of the FIA Gran Turismo Championship Cups. The action will all kick off at 18:45 BST next week, so make sure you're on the site if you want to see what your PS4 can really do – this is going to be a looker without any shadow of a doubt.

Yes,yes, yes sign me up. This with vr support will end my current life as I know it, especially if it has a multi-player 24hr Lemans. Side note, in project cars, trophy hunting is a grand time when your favorite track is the Lemans. My level of excitement is at elder scrolls 6 or Andromeda proportions. M
Had my eye on this one for a while looking forward to it.
I'm a bit worried about this one, given that it's a offshoot, I wonder if it's going to be some kind of online only competitive racer or some kind of free to play title, or both.......ugh. Odd they aren't doing the proper unveiling at E3.
It would be cool if they did a Forza Horizon type of offshoot (not Forza stock, but the Horizon series). I love those games.
I reckon this will probably be our main holiday exclusive (oh, and TLG( or a PlayStation Vr launch title.
Will it be demo'd on PS4 NEO?
YES! YESSSS!
FINALLY! Been wanting and waiting for this.
Between this and the soon-to-be-revealed Forza title, why do I bother playing any other genres?
'VR experience recommends Neo PS4 variant....'
GREAT!!!! Finaly game PS4 is made for )))
So excited! So so EXCITED!
Good bye project cars, good bye drive club, good bye asseto corsa,
GOOD BUY gran turismo
I wish my Logitech wheel worked on the PS4. Along with my Playseat driving chair it was a great setup for racing games on PS3.
@ApostateMage Hey! Look here:

And there are other ways to play with older wheels on ps4 Dont give up!
I really interested to see what this "Sport" looks like. I'm sure the old Grand Turismo magic will be ever present
@get2sammyb what happened to no more live streams until e3
@goonow I hope not, Just imagine the uproar if the base ps4 version is subpar.
@sub12 They did a UK-based event for Gran Turismo 6. I think they realise that this franchise's biggest audience is in Europe now.
As for the game itself, I think they're going to lean really heavily on the GT Academy stuff. I think it's going to be proper hardcore, but we'll see.
EDIT: As for the Forza Horizon thing, I remember reading that they wanted DriveClub to have Gran Turismo branding but Polyphony Digital wouldn't allow it. Don't hold your breath for anything like that.
@get2sammyb Im glad that driveclub doesnt have GT branding. DC isnt bad game. Great work, but the feeling is so different from GT.
I dont care about anything but decent AI for this game. I like GT games but in this area theyve allways been severely lacking
