Rocket League loves a good seasonal celebration, and this Christmas it'll be feeling the festive spirit. Psyonix has announced on the PlayStation Blog that its Mutator Mashup playlist will soon be replaced by a cool mode named Snow Day, which will bring a chilly twist to the title's usual gameplay. Set to release on 14th December, you should expect frosty fields and ice hockey pucks in this all-new gameplay option.
But that's not all: the developer will also be rolling out a range of holiday themed goodies that you'll be able to unlock through until 4th January. To grab the goods you'll simply need to play the game – it doesn't matter if you win or lose. Gifts include a new Xmas rocket trail, along with Christmas tree toppers and candy cane antennas. And if that's not all, the title's all-new expansion, Chaos Run, will arrive from the wasteland next week.
The game just keeps giving. One of my favourite games of 2015. Will defeinatly buy the new DLC when it comes out and nice to get a few free bits as well
More developers should follow what Psyonix's is doing.

@get2sammyb we should all have a huge community event one evening. Everyone I know has this game.
