While the announcement of Resident Evil 2 for the PlayStation 4 may have overshadowed Resident Evil Zero HD somewhat, Rebecca Chambers' locomotive adventure will still launch first. You may be wondering how the ex-GameCube exclusive is holding up on Sony's new-gen system, then – and we come bearing good news. Indeed, it looks great – really great.
This clip uploaded by Capcom UK and based upon the E3 2015 build shows the opening moments from the survival horror prequel, and offers a brief introduction to Ms. Chambers and inmate Billy Cohen. The dialogue's cheesy, but, much like Resident Evil HD, the remastered environments look absolutely stunning. Will you be choo-choosing this title when it deploys early next year? Cull some corpses in the comments section below.

Hope to see it on Vita too, Revelations 2 just did a good job, keep playing while posting this.
If only Silent Hill 2 and 3 had received the same loving treatment for their remasters as the RE series has. I've still not played SH2 due to the fact that I don't want to play the supposedly shoddy HD version. I will pick up a PS2 to play it at some point, but god knows when that will actually be!
@italodance I wouldn't hold your breath for a port any time soon.
Looking forward to this. I had it on the Gamecube but I have to say I can barely remember it despite being a big RE fan. I think my main memories of it actually come from the Umbrella Chronicles lightgun game on Wii and PS3.
@SteveButler2210 Well we know how Konami like to treat their franchises so it's a shame but hardly a surprise!
@SteveButler2210
don't. I still get depressed thinking about the silent hill hd ports. *sniff
(T-T )
btw, you should also try picking up a cheap tube tv at a thrift store or yardsale while you're at it. that way the game won't be all blurry and crappy looking.
Personally I didn't like this when I had it for the Gamecube but, if the price is right I may consider a purchase.
Though to be honest, I try not to purchase digital only games through PSN these days as chances are it will be free at some point through PlayStation Plus. I've had a good amount of games become part of the Instant Game Collection, so I tend to wait a good while first.
It'd be nice to see it on the Vita too.
