Legacy platform, eh? Not on your nelly! Uber-niche PlayStation 3 and Vita release Steins;Gate has managed to make the UK sales charts Top 40 – and it's the handheld version that sold best. PQube stealthily published the visual novel last week, but that hasn't stopped it from landing the 18th spot. It's a miracle.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt naturally maintained its position at the top of the best sellers list, holding off competition from Grand Theft Auto V and FIFA 15. Battlefield Hardline, Project CARS, Farming Simulator 15, Destiny, Minecraft, and Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare rounded out the top ten, while The Last of Us Remastered re-entered the charts in 21st position.
Feel free to browse the top ten below, and let us know what you've been frittering your hard-earned coins on in the comments section. Man, a Vita release in the UK sales charts – unbelievable.

Very impressive. I knew there was a fanbase for Steins;Gate (myself included), but I wasn't expecting it to perform anywhere near that well. Looking forward to picking this up once the price comes down a bit, as I really enjoyed the anime and gather this expands a lot on what you see there
I find weird people at pushsquare ignore any other console , I'm not talking about news, but simply put the name.

Is there no Splatoon? Will anybody die if you say Splatoon or Wii U or Xone?
@Frank90 Yes, @get2sammyb would literally implode.

I guess it's a PlayStation site for PlayStation views. I personally am much more interested in the last of us re entering as news than a game on a system I have no interest in. There are multi system sites but I find them all very toxic. This site to me is so well run I feel a personal attachment to it. I've had fun replies from the editor. And is the only site I'm prepared to comment on any more.we all know other systems and games exist and I'm sure very good but I personally enjoy the focused PlayStation approach, and wouldn't want that changed.
@ShogunRok
I always talk too much Yes great one word response

Well while I like focused sites like this one and Nintendo Life (I'm Nintendo and Playstation fan) I like when the news keep grounded, and to keep grounded they need to, at least, mention games that aren't Sony's games.
But Pushsquare and Nintendo life are both great websites, and the people on comment section on both are very nice and cool.
@Frank90 Haha, it's all good - thanks for your feedback. It's a balancing act, for sure. Nothing against Splatoon, though - I'm personally very tempted to buy that game actually!
It plays really well on Vita, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if we see more and more visual novel based games shipping across the border.
Lots of great Vita games coming in this year. It's a shame, the negative perception on the console limits its fan base in NA. I was waiting in line at a convention and nearly everyone had a 3DS in hand with Street Pass active, I was one of the very few holding my Vita to pass the time.
I have never heard off steins gate before. This looks like my type off game. I Will be buying this.
When does steins gate get an america release?
