After months of speculation, Sony finally revealed Kill Strain at the PlayStation Experience keynote today. Sony San Diego senior director of product development Christian Phillips confirmed that the title is a top-down 5v2v5 multiplayer game. It's also free-to-play, but the highly strung presenter was quick to assure everyone that the always controversial business model won't get in the way of the fun.
Oh, he also said "this game is a game". Which is, er, good news we suppose. Unfortunately, we didn't see any gameplay – or even a screenshot – but if you like the sound of the title, you can sign up for its 2015 beta through here. What do you make of Kill Strain? Is the F2P model putting you off? Make it strain in the comments section below.

So this is what San Diego was working on as a "different' thing... Okay, they're were right.
But it isn't relevant to my interests.
@Punished_Boss_84 doesn't much interest me either, GTA was the pinnacle of top down for me, no need to play it after that.
Snore.
(Walks away)
This was the only "disappointment" for me.
