It’s a perfect time for Ubisoft to partner with gel manufacturer Edge, then – but did it really need to attach exclusive in-game Assassin’s Creed Unity content to the partnership?

The French firm is renowned for its many pre-order incentives, but this takes things a little too far if you ask us. Yes, the goodies are inconsequential extras – but we don’t want to feel pressured into grooming our ordinarily rugged features just for the sake of a free hood.
