Themes are still very much a novelty on the PlayStation 4, which means that we’re going to mask today’s lack of news with a short little report on the latest design to hit the PlayStation Store: AR Bots. This wacky wallpaper augments the home screen with an animated image of the robots from PlayStation Camera title The Playroom, who’ll wave and wink as you scroll through your games.
The nice thing about this addition is that it doesn’t implement any annoying audio effects, meaning that the core console’s functionality remains the same. We liked some of the other themes available at launch, but found the exaggerated bleeps and bloops a little off-putting, so this seems like the perfect compromise. Mines just a standard mustard background at the moment, this looks pretty good though, the other themes weren't very good.
Saw this when I was in the PS Store earlier, I'm sticking with the Advanced Warfare one for now but a GTA V one in the next week or so would be cool.
So no signs of the Destiny / COD themes in the UK yet?
The COD theme isn't any good. It's actually pretty annoying. I went back to the standard theme. I'll just wait til something comes out that I actually like. A Persona theme maybe?
I downloaded the AR bots theme this morning and I've kept it, I quite like it.
I really want the Destiny/ COD theme where are they?
Annoying bleeps and bloops to go with the depressing system music...
I thought companies would be clamouring to make the £££ for the sale of themes on the PS4 by now and I'd have a wealth of choices available to me by now.....oh well.
@Bad-MuthaAdebis I went with that as well...I quite liked the White cubes/blocks theme but the sounds were annoying.
they should be cranking out the themes. the masses are asking for it. they can profit. what the hell are they doing? personally i am a lot more interested in non game specific themes. and hopefully the ability to use our own pictures. also i wish there was a way to change the opacity of everything on the menu kind of like how some themes for ps3 made the icons see through.
I went with the blocks/cubes and turned off sounds in the system settings.
The system music is awful, but the spiral theme has nice tunes
At last a reason to change the PS4 theme.
It would be fantastic if all games came with a theme for PS4! Picture and game music That would auto install along with your game purchases.

Never mind I found it .
U got 2 go 2 psn on the ps4 got 2 the playroom look by the add on
locking new themes to purchases of new games. A added incentive to buy games!!
