Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor has been this month's sleeper hit, and the title just keeps getting better. Indeed, it recently received a patch which included a brand new photo mode - similar to the one's found in inFAMOUS: Second Son, and The Last of Us: Remastered - allowing you to take happy snaps of its haunting and gorgeous landscapes. To activate the feature, simply click in the left thumb-stick, and then proceed to fiddle with its many options.
We reckon this recent influx of photo-modes is a brilliant boon, because, if nothing else, they provide an easy and fun way of showing off the shiny new hardware you just dropped a truckload of money on. There's also something oddly therapeutic about closely examining and then artistically photographing every wrinkle and pore on a videogame character's face. Ahem.

Great news! Started this yesterday and it's what the assassins creed games should have been.
Great! Ill be showing off all my beheadings now!
Sounds cool, though I have to admit, when I saw the headline, the first thought in my head was selfies in Middle Earth. Oh lawd.
Here's one of mine, anyway.
