Blood and bandages

If the brilliant Hotline Miami wasn’t already demented enough, developer Dennaton Games has added an exclusive mask to the impending PlayStation port of the cult hit. The appropriately named Russell the Raging Bull disguise will not only allow you to conceal yourself as a muscular bovine, but will also augment the murderous adventure with a black and white graphics filter.

“Russell is hidden early on in the game and when equipped will turn the entire game black and white save for the neon text and red blood left behind as you rampage through each floor of every level,” explained publisher Devolver Digital’s Nigel Lowrie. “It’s a really neat effect, and even changes up the video filter a bit to give the whole game a classic film look.”

As teased overnight, the title's set to crank call the PlayStation Network on 25th June in North America and 26th June in Europe. It’s a cross-buy release, so you’ll only need to pay once to play the game on your PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita. It’ll set you back $9.99/£7.29.
