Laughing Jackal’s devilishly addictive Cubixx will be the next title to join Sony’s ongoing PlayStation Mobile giveaway next week. The three-dimensional reimagining of arcade classic Qix will replace Beats Slider on Wednesday, and will be available for free for the duration of a week.
The puzzler has seen a number of iterations over the past couple of years, including a full high-definition entry on PlayStation 3. The PlayStation Mobile version features over 20 levels and a scorching electronic soundtrack. You can check out the title in action courtesy of the trailer embedded below.

I really like Qix style games so I've been wanting to get some version of this game for a while. I'll gladly take the mobile version free ^_^

I played the demo for Cubixx on some system. It's a good concept, and a fresh take on Qix, and it was fun, but imo not "money" fun. So I'll definitely pick it up for free. I'm sure that makes Laughing Jackal feel good. Sorry.
Sort of reminds me of Cubistry.
