It’s a brand new day, so that means it’s time for a fresh PlayStation teaser. Following on from last week’s The Reload and The Arrival videos, Sony has quietly uploaded a third trailer to its YouTube channel entitled The Aftermath.
Once again, the video is rich with subtle PlayStation references, including Sly Cooper’s cane and Sweet Tooth’s blade. We’re pretty sure that this is building up to a PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale commercial, but all will be fully revealed tomorrow.

I'm a little disappointed that there is so much marketing effort going into such a mediocre game (going by the beta.)
I love when Sony puts out campaigns like this. The ads they put a lot of effort into really impress me in the end.

If only Sony generated as much hype with their other games. Most of the time they seem to ignore advertising all together.

I'm used to playing fighting games like Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 so it's seems really slow to me, It also make the combos seem simple in comparison. I know it's supposed to be more like Smash Bros.( which I have also played TONS of) but it just feels like it can't decide if it wants to be a serious fighting game like MvC or if it wants to be a fun party game like SSB.
I also find to Super move kill system really annoying. You can put in good work the whole round, get 6 kills and no deaths and then in the last 10 seconds the Kratos who has been doing nothing comes in with a level three and wins the match.
I'm not saying it's a bad game, It just got boring for me real fast. Maybe once the full game is out and it has more characters it will have more depth but so far it's a snooze fest where I either win too easy or feel like I lost cheaply.
@ohhaime I'd argue that someone stealing the round in the last 10 seconds is part of the charm because it keeps you on your toes, but I can see why it might irritate you. However, you can't do nothing all match to get a Level 3 because you need to attack to earn AP. Kratos does seem a bit overpowered in the beta, though, so I take your point.
Ultimately, I'm just glad you tried it. Better than just writing it off because "IT'S A SMASH CLONE, LOL" like so many others are doing. Hopefully, you prefer the full release!

I just hope this commercial sees some tv time and not jsut youtube. Its nice for all of us to clammer over each 16 sec tease but for those who dont frequent gaming sites a good tv spot is needed.
@ShogunRok Yup, just like they didn't bother advertising Starhawk and 24 people got layoff from Lightbox. Bunch of at sony.
