Amazing grace
Hot on the heels of today’s North American exclusive Assassin’s Creed III limited edition announcement, Ubisoft has released a brand new independence themed trailer. It shows a bunch of British soldiers being blown to smithereens. Talk about a conflict of interests.
Patriotism aside, though, this is a good trailer. Well, assuming you can get past the horribly auto-tuned rendition of Amazing Grace in the foreground. Written by an Englishman that song, you know? Just saying.

I've said it once and I'll say it again. Developers NEED to stop putting these annoying-as-hell renditions of classic songs into their trailers. Every time it just seems like a bad attempt to inject some emotion into an otherwise fine trailer. The Dishonored trailer did it last, and now AC3.
I just find myself hitting mute almost every time. Enough with this garbage.
