If you haven't played any of the Assassin's Creed games yet, Ubisoft's newly announced double pack might make a great first entry into the series.

Sure you might have to wait a while to snatch the bargain bundles, but it's worth it in the end.

Sony's already released a bunch of Dual Packs for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable, but now Ubisoft has decided to follow suit. The company's revealed two PS3 double packs as part of its updated release schedule, bundling Assassin's Creed 1 & 2 and Rainbow Six Vegas 2 & GRAW 2. Both bundles are due out on March 23rd, though sadly the publisher has yet to reveal any pricing details for the compilations.

As an aside, Ubisoft's updated release schedule has also confirmed Rayman: Origins and Lumines: Electronic Symphony for the PlayStation Vita's launch. The two headline launch titles will be joined by Asphalt Injection, Michael Jackson: The Experience and Dungeon Hunter: Alliance. Good stuff, readers.
