In Saros, you'll quickly come across some mysterious circular areas on the ground. At first, they don't do anything, but how do you actually use them? As part of our Saros guide, we're going to explain how Jump Pads work.

How to Use Jump Pads in Saros

Those gold circles you find on the ground every so often are actually Jump Pads.

Once they're active, you can press Cross/X to jump on them and you'll be boosted upward, allowing you to reach higher platforms and new areas.

At first, they're powered down, and you can't use them.

However, it isn't too long before they can be put to use. They are unlocked in Ancient Depths, the second biome in the game.

As you explore, you'll reach a point where the Jump Pads are brought online, and from that point on, they will be active in every biome.

Again, just stand on top of one and jump with Cross/X to launch up.
