The puzzle attached to the Serpent Head is in the Dining Room, which you can access through the door next to the Headless Statue. You'll be presented with two very long dining tables and then two paintings on the back wall of a man and a woman. These two people represent Leon and Ashley. By analysing the cutlery in front of the man and woman, you need to have Ashley sit at the correct seat on one of the two dining tables, and then do the same for Leon.

First, we'll find Ashley's seat. The woman has a plate, a wine glass, and a smaller plate in front of her. She then has a spoon, one fork, and two knives. As you face away from the paintings, this arrangement can be found at the first seat on the left on the second table along. Order Ashley to sit at that seat using R3.

You must then find Leon's arrangement. The man in the painting has a plate, a wine bottle, a wine glass, and a piece of bread. His cutlery is then arranged into one spoon, two forks, and three knives. This places Leon on the first table as you face away from the paintings in the first seat on the right. Once sat down, ring the bell. If you're both sat in the right place, you'll be able to take the Serpent Head.

How to Get the Lion Head

From the Headless Statue, go up the stairs to the second floor and take a right, heading north to the Armory. At the end of the corridor, you'll come to an opening where you can drop down. You'll spot the Lion Head immediately, and are even able to take it right away. However, doing so activates the suits of armour, which are being controlled by parasites.

You'll need to fend off three waves of these enemies, targeting the parasites growing out of them to destroy them. Ashley will help you out along the way by throwing lantern fire at the enemies. This freezes the enemies and allows you to get an easy melee hit in. Once they've all been destroyed, help Ashley get down and then use the two levers attached to the horses to escape with the Lion Head.

How to Get the Goat Head

From the Headless Statue, go up the stairs and head left, looking south to reach the Gallery. Rather than a brain teaser, though, this time you've got a tough combat encounter ahead of you. There's one of those red, special Zealots to contend with, and it's got a lot of minions by its side. This fight can prove very overwhelming, so take it slow and deal with each enemy one at a time, making your way to the special Zealot on the floor above.

When they're all dead, use the ladder to reach the second floor and pull the lever to reset the bridge in the Gallery. You can now cross over and take the Goat Head. Place it, the Serpent Head, and the Lion Head onto the Headless Statue to complete the Grand Hall puzzle.
